Digital Service Fulfilment
Service Delivery Policy
LegalLens India provides professional registration, filing, tax, compliance, licensing and related assistance. No physical product is shipped unless expressly agreed for a particular engagement.
Effective date: 21 September 2026
1. Order confirmation
After a successful online payment, the customer receives or is shown a payment confirmation and transaction reference. A successful payment confirms the order but does not by itself confirm that all documents, eligibility conditions or external charges have been satisfied.
2. Service commencement
We ordinarily acknowledge the request and initiate contact within 2 business hours during business hours. Substantive work begins after payment confirmation, scope confirmation and receipt of the information and documents required for the selected service.
3. Document review
We generally conduct the initial completeness review within 1–2 business days after receiving the required documents. If anything is missing, unclear or inconsistent, the delivery timeline pauses until the customer supplies a satisfactory response.
4. Estimated completion
The estimated timeline varies by service and will be shown in the service description or communicated by the assigned team. Any estimate refers to LegalLens India’s processing effort and is not a guarantee of approval or completion by a government department, registry, tax authority, bank or other third party.
5. Delivery method
- Consultations and status updates are provided by telephone, email, video call, dashboard or another agreed electronic channel.
- Drafts, acknowledgements, receipts and completed digital documents are delivered to the registered email address, customer dashboard or agreed secure channel.
- Government-issued certificates or acknowledgements are shared after they become available to us from the relevant authority.
- Physical delivery, notarisation or courier service is included only when expressly stated or separately agreed and paid for.
6. Customer dependencies
Timely delivery depends on accurate documents, prompt approvals, OTP or identity verification where required, payment of government or third-party charges, and responses to authority queries. Customer-caused waiting time is excluded from delivery estimates.
7. External delays
Portal outages, authority backlogs, regulatory changes, public holidays, force-majeure events and third-party verification can extend timelines. We will provide a reasonable status update when aware of a material delay, but cannot be responsible for periods controlled by those external parties.
8. Delivery concerns
If you have not received an expected update or deliverable, contact us with your service and payment reference. We will verify the order and respond within 2 business days. Cancellation or refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
